The full list of supported countries now includes: United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, China, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, The Netherlands, and Lithuania. The addition of China is particularly significant, marking Tesla's first FSD rollout in its largest overseas market. This expansion represents a dramatic acceleration in Tesla's efforts to bring FSD Supervised to international markets simultaneously rather than on a country-by-country basis.
Greece is on the verge of becoming the third European country to approve Tesla's Full Self-Driving (Supervised) system, according to a post from Whole Mars Catalog. The Greek transport ministry is reportedly preparing legislation that would grant FSD (Supervised) the same regulatory green light already given in the Netherlands and Lithuania — a sign that Tesla's European rollout is picking up real momentum.
The Netherlands kicked things off on April 10, 2026, becoming the first European market to clear FSD (Supervised) after more than 18 months of testing by the Dutch vehicle authority (RDW) under UN Regulation 171. Lithuania followed on the same day as this report — May 20 — by adopting the Dutch certification through mutual recognition, a faster path that sidesteps the full testing process. Greece appears to be following a similar legislative route, mirroring the Netherlands' certification framework rather than starting from scratch.
The version currently being shown to European regulators is v14.1.7, specifically adapted for European road conditions. Tesla has also been actively hiring Autopilot Vehicle Operators in Athens, a reliable early signal that data collection and local validation work is already underway. For Greek owners who do get access, pricing would follow the European structure: €99/month for most owners, or €49/month for those who previously purchased Enhanced Autopilot. The one-time purchase option was discontinued in February 2026.
Approval isn't confirmed yet — the Greek bill still needs to pass — but the legislative signal is clear. If Greece follows Lithuania's mutual recognition approach, the timeline from announcement to availability could be short.
