This window shade for my Tesla performance model 3 has been a game changer. No longer does the window shade sag thanks to the build of it and the velcro strap that goes around the rear view mirror. It definitely helps keep the car cooler than not having anything in the window. I would highly recommend this product.
I found this to be the best sunscreen here in Arizona. It’s hot here, if you have a cheap sun screen, you are screwed. This Basenor sun screen is the best. I tried a generic one and it didn’t keep all the windshield covered. This one does.I love the Basenor products, I also got the mud flaps too!If you have a Model Y, get this.
Cover is amazing ! Fits perfect on the windows. Best thing you don't even have to use the mirrors to hold it down. One thing i do have to say. . . . Open it up carefully it tends to have a quick release. I opened mines not knowing and broke my screen protector. Other than that great price and super useful.
After 3 months of use this sunshade is as springy as it was the first time.Takes a couple of tries to got used to folding and unfolding while inside the car but after getting the hang of it is really quick and takes up much less space than an accordion type one.A must have when leaving the car in direct sunlight
We had an inexpensive one that fit fairly well from another car. I had purchased the roof glass shades from them, so when it was time to replace the windshield shade I bought from them as well. What a difference! Better insulation, much better fit (less light leakage all around). In AZ, that's important.
It covers the windshield well enough. In use I find the velcro for the rear view mirror gets in the way. I've used it off and on for about three months now
The size is perfect, easy to fold. It effectively reduces the inside tempreture in warm/hot days. I am quite happy with the shade itself. However, the carrying case doesn't seem to be in good quality (as shown in the picture) and I might have to reach out to the customer support once it becomes not usable. Otherwise, it would deserve a 5 star.
Perfect fit, complete coverage of the windshield. Do not pay way more for a name brand. Love that it has the hole for the mirror so you don’t have to fix the mirror every time.

I purchased this sunshade to help keep my 2023 Model Y cool, the installation is quite easy, make sure to fold down your sun visors to keep in place. When folding the sunshade to put away, i’d recommend watching some youtube videos to learn, essentially you fold opposite corners of each side and force inward. This product also comes with a baggy to hold the folded sunshade. Overall, i like this product and hope it lasts a couple of years.
This sunshade fits my 2023 Model Y perfectly! Adds lots of protection from the sun to keep the Y's interior cool and from fading. Velcro at rear view mirror seals that area from the sun too. Highly recommend!
Fits perfectly in my car and keeps internal temperature down just like description says. It comes with a little carrying bag and folds easily. Happy I got it
This is an affordable option. It fit well and keeps the inside cool. It does look wrinkled but that’s not it’s purpose.
Artículo perfecto para el vehículo 100% recomendado 👍💪🏻👏🏻👏🏻😁
Perfect fit. Blocks the entire windshield of light.Inside facing is blacked out which is great if you're in the car. It fold up and unfolds easy, and comes with a Velcro bag. Overall 5 ⭐. Very happy with this purchase. I'll be looking into more products from this company. This is NOT the typical inexpensive sunshadethat's sloppy and loose, that require a little finagling to cover most of the sunlight. Small investment makes a major difference to the inside temperature. This is a must have if you live in warm a climate.

You just can’t go wrong with this brand. The shade fits perfectly and covers 98% of the windshield easily. 100% full coverage if you jiggle it around. It’s a must have for MY owner living in sunny states. Putting it up and storing it away are a breeze.
Please note wrinkles on the picture. Product fits easy and covers the whole windshield as promised. I didn’t even have to undo the Velcro to install, it slides right in.Only challenge is that the product is so big, it has been a challenge to fold. I see that this is a common issue across all shades tho.For $20 it’s a good investment for your Tesla if you are in a sunny state like California :-). Definitely made a difference…
For what it is the fit is fine. It is a simple shade that works however the nature of how it stays up with the car sun visor does leave a gap on the sides. This does fit a 2026 Model Y.
This BASENOR Windshield Sunshade is a game-changer for keeping the cabin cool and glare-free. It effectively **blocks heat and sunlight**, making a noticeable difference in temperature during peak sun hours.Beyond functionality, it’s incredibly **easy to fold**—it packs neatly into a compact pouch, perfect for storage without clutter. Plus, the sleek design complements the Tesla’s modern aesthetic, making it both practical and stylish. For Model 3 & Model Y owners (2017–2026), this is a no-brainer upgrade for comfort and convenience!
Fit new model y juniper well - higher quality material.
Works well for shade and heat
The Basenor Tesla Model Y-3 Windshield Sunshade has been a fantastic addition, especially on hot summer days. It does a great job of blocking heat from building up inside my car when it’s parked in the sun. Installation is always super easy, and the sunshade fits the windshield perfectly. It’s lightweight, feels well-made, and the value for the money is excellent. I also love the Velcro strap around the rear-view mirror—it keeps the shade securely in place every time. I actually bought this a few years ago for my 2022 Tesla Model 3 and it still fits my new 2025 Tesla Model 3 Highland. 10/10 Recommend if you are in the market for a Sunshade for your new Tesla!
This cover fits my model Y perfectly. The temp inside the car really dropped and I could feel the computer was less hot than when I didn’t had any at all. Now that the weather is warmer, I use it all the time now. It also made the leather seats bearable to sit than before.
I have for myself a model why I love the fact that it’s one whole piece not to pieces that are needing to be folded it actually covers the whole windshield perfectly well.
Product fit perfectly and came in a carrying case too.
I was pleasantly surprised over the quality of this shade. Feels sturdy and well made and fits like a glow in Model 3 and there's also Velcro holding the shade behind the mirror so it doesn't fall off from the window.
