So this product is of really good quality and is designed to fit perfectly. It’s almost as if it were OEM that it came with the vehicle from Tesla. It’s awesome because it fills in wasted space with either a trash can or cargo space for water bottles or snacks etc…you can also use it for those sitting in the back to place your phone while charging! I have aftermarket liners and that causes the can to lift up a little while trying to fit it in the space specified and is tilted. It would work with oem carpet but in my case I had to return it.

I recently got the BASENOR rear center console organizer for my Tesla Model Y, and it’s been a great addition. It fits perfectly below the rear screen, and the recessed lid is super practical for passengers to set down a phone or other small items without them sliding off. The velcro mounting was stronger than I expected — it keeps the bin securely in place without wobbling. Doesn’t take much space out of the rear footwell (fits mostly between the front seat rail supports).I’ve been using the bin’s interior as a rubbish receptacle (mostly paper; no food trash), but it could easily work for extra storage too. Like other BASENOR products I’ve tried, this one feels well-made and does exactly what I need at a fair price. A nice option if you want to keep the rear seat area tidy.

Best investment and very handy trash bin for Tesla MY. It comes with needed Velcro which hold trash bin in place. Refer to the picture for 4 Velcro placement. It fits perfectly and looks like OEM product. The installation was very easy and just took a minute. The material looks highly durable and a couple friends already asked to order the same for their MY. Highly recommended for the Tesla Model Y.

For roadtrips, I was looking for a trash can designed to fit in my 2025 Tesla Model Y (not Juniper), and this option from BASENOR was perfect for my needs.
