๐ UPDATE โ May 15, 2026
Grok's connector rollout continues with three new enterprise-focused integrations: Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and Box are now live. This expands Grok's reach beyond Google's ecosystem and into core workplace tools โ letting users message teammates, manage CRM data, and access cloud files directly through Grok. The additions signal a clear push toward enterprise adoption, complementing the previously launched Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, GitHub, and Notion connectors.

๐ UPDATE โ May 11, 2026
Grok's connector rollout has expanded dramatically beyond the initial five integrations. xAI has now announced 20+ new connectors, significantly broadening the range of personal and professional data sources Grok can tap into โ including documents, calendars, email, and code repositories. This marks a major step up from the Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, GitHub, and Notion connectors covered at launch, though xAI has not yet published a full list of all newly supported services. ๐

Grok just got a lot more useful for everyday work. xAI's AI assistant has rolled out native connectors for Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, GitHub, and Notion โ letting Grok reach directly into the tools most people already live in, rather than requiring you to copy-paste context into a chat window.

According to verified reports, the connectors went live around May 6 and cover five services: Gmail for email analysis and drafting, Google Calendar for scheduling and decluttering, Google Drive for document access, GitHub for code repository assistance, and Notion for organizing notes and collaborative workspaces. The integrations are available across all Grok plans โ including the free tier โ on iOS, Android, and the web at grok.com.
The practical upside is meaningful. Instead of switching between apps, users can ask Grok to summarize unread threads, find a free slot on their calendar, or pull context from a Notion database โ all within a single conversation. For Tesla owners who already use Grok through X Premium, this is a direct upgrade to how much the assistant can actually do without leaving the interface.
Grok currently runs on version 4 of its model. SuperGrok subscribers ($30/month) get increased access to Grok 4, while SuperGrok Heavy subscribers ($300/month) have early access to Grok 4.3 Beta with a 256,000-token context window โ a capacity that makes these multi-app integrations considerably more powerful. Grok 5 is reportedly in training, with xAI pointing to Q2 2026 as the likely release window, though no official date has been confirmed.
Connector setup is handled directly in the Grok app or at grok.com under account settings. If you've been using Grok primarily as a chat assistant, this is the moment to revisit what it can actually do for your workflow.
