xAI has quietly expanded where you can use Grok. As of June 25, SuperGrok and X subscribers can now access their Grok capabilities directly inside T3code — a free, open-source desktop app that serves as a unified interface for managing AI coding agents.

T3code operates on a bring-your-own-key model, meaning users connect their existing subscriptions rather than paying a separate fee. With this update, if you already hold a SuperGrok or X Premium subscription, you can point T3code at your account and start using Grok's coding capabilities alongside other agents the platform already supports — including Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, and OpenCode.
The timing is notable. xAI launched Grok Build — its agentic, command-line coding tool — in May 2026, with a /goal mode added on June 22 for long-running autonomous tasks. Bringing Grok into T3code's GUI environment makes that power more accessible to developers who prefer a visual interface over a terminal. It also puts Grok on equal footing with the other major AI coding agents already living inside T3code, potentially broadening xAI's developer audience without requiring a separate product launch.
For existing subscribers, no new payment is needed — just connect your credentials inside T3code and the integration is live. Whether this marks the beginning of deeper platform partnerships for xAI remains to be seen, but it's a practical win for anyone already paying for Grok who wants more flexibility in how they use it.
