Tesla's official Cybertruck account just pulled back the curtain on one of the more quietly impressive engineering decisions in the truck: the audio system doesn't just sit inside the vehicle — it uses the vehicle itself. Here are five things worth understanding about how that works.

1. The truck's own body is the speaker box

Tesla has described the goal as "recording studio sound dynamics" — a claim that's easy to dismiss until you consider the engineering underneath it. The subwoofer-frame integration is specifically designed to cover nearly the entire low-frequency range while minimizing the cabinet resonance and rattling that plagues most in-car audio setups. 4. Active Noise Cancellation hardware is already there — software isn't live yet
Here's the part that matters for current owners: the Cybertruck has four cabin microphones and the hardware required for Active Noise Cancellation (ANC).
