SpaceX's Starlink is heading to the English countryside. Lincolnshire County Council has launched a pilot program to install satellite broadband across its County Farms Estate — one of the largest local-authority farm holdings in England — targeting rural properties that fibre has simply never reached. 1. The Council Pays for the Hardware — Farmers Pay for the Subscription
