Tesla's Full Self-Driving rollout in Europe is still in its early weeks, but a small group of owners is already racking up serious kilometers. Whole Mars Catalog published a leaderboard of Europe's top self-driving users by distance, offering a rare ground-level look at who's actually pushing FSD hardest on the continent.

Topping the list is @Peytrap with 1,559 kilometers, followed by Sasha Grey at 1,150 km and @Sleijser at 1,104 km. The top seven combined represent a meaningful slice of early European FSD mileage, with the gap between first and seventh place — 1,559 km versus 129 km — showing just how unevenly usage is distributed at this stage.
The context matters here. FSD (Supervised) only received its first European type approval from Dutch authority RDW on April 10, 2026, and the rollout via software update 2026.3.6 began in the Netherlands shortly after, initially to Early Access Program members. According to previous reports, Dutch owners collectively crossed 10 million kilometers of FSD usage in under a month — a figure Tesla uses to feed its neural network training data. The individual leaderboard numbers above represent the power users driving a disproportionate share of that total.
The current European FSD build is version 14.2.2.5 in the Netherlands, with Elon Musk confirming the broader European rollout is on v14.3. The European version differs from the U.S. software in meaningful ways: it operates under UN R-171 as a Level 2 driver-assistance system, includes a mandatory onboarding tutorial and safety quiz for Dutch drivers, and adds features like a "Contextual Max Speed" setting and an "Out of View Traffic Lights Warning" not found in the U.S. build.
For owners in countries still waiting, the timeline is moving. Tesla CFO Vaibhav Taneja has indicated broader EU approval could arrive around Q3 2026, with Belgium expected to be the next country to greenlight FSD. Nordic regulators in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway have raised concerns — including FSD's handling of speed limits and icy road conditions — so those markets may take longer. In the meantime, the Netherlands leaderboard is the clearest real-world signal yet of how enthusiastically European owners adopt the technology once it's available.
