If you do tire rotations at home: the TPE Jack Pad is non-negotiable on any Tesla. The battery pack sits an inch below the factory jack point; a misaligned hockey-puck adapter has caused $25,000+ battery damage in service-bay incidents. Common questions

Will Legacy Model Y mud flaps (2020-2024) fit my 2025 Juniper?

No. Juniper has a redesigned rear bumper contour and the wheel-arch mounting points moved. Forcing Legacy flaps onto a Juniper leaves 2-3" of exposed mounting hardware. Use our 2025-2026 Juniper-specific mud flap kit if you have a Juniper. Universal items in this collection (jack pads, mud-flap screws, wheel-cover storage bag, door-lock cover) work on both generations.

Do these accessories fit my 2021 or 2022 Model Y?

Yes. Tesla kept Legacy Y exterior bumper, fender liner, and wheel arch geometry identical from 2020 through 2024. Mud flaps, spoilers, car cover, and wheel covers fit any Legacy Y regardless of build year. The 2020-2025 wheel cover SKU specifically covers both Legacy and the early Juniper transition months.

What about universal exterior parts like the Jack Pad and Mud Flap Screws?

Universal SKUs (the 2013-2026 Jack Pad and 2017-2026 Mud Flap Screws Replacement Kit) work on every Tesla regardless of generation — Legacy 3, Highland, Legacy Y, Juniper, all S/X variants, and Cybertruck. These cover the unchanged factory jack-point geometry and the standard mud-flap fastener thread that Tesla has used across its entire lineup.

Will the Tesla Model 3 Highland & Model Y Juniper Door Lock Cover work on a 2021 Legacy Y?

Check the title carefully — that specific SKU is sized to the Highland/Juniper door-handle pocket which is shaped differently than Legacy. For a 2021 Legacy Y, you need a Legacy-specific door-lock cover (we'll add to inventory soon). The carbon-fiber finish and adhesive-free clip design carries across, but the lock-cavity dimensions differ between generations.

Which spoiler fits a 2020 vs 2024 Model Y?

All three of our spoilers (OEM ABS Carbon Fiber Pro, OEM ABS Matte Black, OEM ABS Carbon Fiber Wing) fit any 2020-2024 Legacy Y because Tesla didn't change the trunk lid contour during that production run. They will NOT fit a 2025 Juniper — Juniper has a higher-arched rear hatch and the spoiler mounting positions moved. Juniper-specific spoilers are coming in 2026.

Does the All-Weather Car Cover fit both Legacy and Juniper Y?

Yes — the 2020-2026 Car Cover is sized to fit both Legacy and Juniper exterior dimensions. Tesla kept the overall body length and roofline within 1" between the two generations, so the cover stretches across both. Charge port flap is positioned for the standard left-rear NACS port location used on every Y.

How long do aero wheel covers actually last?

Properly installed factory aero covers (or our replacements) last 3-5 years before UV-driven plastic fade becomes visible. Replace when fade reaches more than 10% color difference from new — at that point aerodynamic efficiency starts to degrade and you lose 4-7% of EPA range at highway speeds. Our 19" Y Hubcaps replicate the factory drag profile within 1-2%.

Do exterior accessories affect Tesla's warranty?

Bolt-on accessories using factory mounting points (mud flaps, hubcaps, jack pads, mud-flap screws) don't affect warranty. Adhesive products (rear bumper protectors, chrome delete vinyl) are also fine. Items that do void warranty: anything modifying brake systems, sensor mounts, charge port hardware, or battery enclosure. Nothing in this collection touches those systems.
